Pastor Andrew Surace was born and raised in Queens, New York, and felt called to ministry at age 11. After three years of pre-med studies, he attended Valley Forge Christian College, graduating in June 1980 with a Bachelor’s in Ministry.
He immediately founded Abundant Life Assembly of God in Marmora, NJ, serving as pastor for six years. In 1988, he planted Covenant Life, which later became Christ Fellowship on January 11, 2011. He and his wife, Kathleen, have six children and eleven grandchildren.
Pastor Surace is passionate about planting and strengthening churches and mentoring young pastors. He has authored two devotionals—Power Points from the Word and Stepping Stones Along the Path of Life—and is also a dedicated worship leader, with Christ Fellowship’s first worship CD, Breaking Through the Darkness, blessing many.
He is ordained under Rick Joyner and serves as a National Elder with Morningstar Ministries in Fort Mill, South Carolina. He holds a Doctorate in Practical Ministry from Wagner Leadership Institute in Colorado Springs.
Kathleen Surace is the chief administrator for Christ Fellowship. Her extensive background as a bank Vice President gives her a great understanding of church finances. She is married to Dr. Surace and they have six children and eleven grandchildren.

Michelle Lord is on ministry staff at Christ Fellowship. She leads the intercession team at the church and is a gifted teacher and speaker. She and her husband Charles have three children.
